Peak Beats
This class builds to one or more peak poses. Set to hip hop and R&B, we breakdown the peak poses, introducing preparations, transitions, variations and props that help the student embrace that peak moment.

Mentor Meetings
In a safe environment for mutual reflection and growth, we meet in private or small groups to help take your teaching to the next level and add more tools to your teaching toolbox. We will explore themes to enhance your teaching repertoire, including: auditioning, sequencing, hands-on assists, harmonium, chanting, playlists, Sanskrit, yogic and spiritual texts, energetics, anatomy, class structure, building to peak poses, etc.

I am available to teach workshops and classes on a variety of themes at your studio or international yoga festival.

PCA — Personal Class Assistant
During a studio class taught by another teacher, I will stay with you and adjust you in every pose to maximize the safety and alignment of your practice. I become your personal pose assistant, stabilizing you where necessary, and using your breath as my guide to bring you deeper. Great opportunity for correcting alignment, trying new postures, going deeper, and identifying tendencies and habits within your practice. Afterwards I can offer you personalized feedback about your practice.
Classic Yoga
A hatha style class, in which we focus on select classic yoga poses, without vinyasa transitions. This class features breathwork (prāṇāyāma, kriyās) and the philosophy of the Yoga Sūtras and Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā.
Slow down, Let go
A gentle class featuring slow movement, meditation, yoga nidra, and restorative poses. Candlelight where possible creates a relaxing mood. A soothing soundtrack relieves stress and helps you unwind, with the breath.



Personalized Yoga Private
A private experience, either in your home or in my home studio. Each private is customized according your interests, limitations, experience, strengths, goals, body type, abilities, etc. In our sessions together, I will quickly adapt the hands-on assists, sequence, mood, speed, and even the music playlists to suit your preferences and needs. We can also use this time to develop your daily home yoga practice.

Small group and corporate classes
I will travel to your workplace or home; or bring your group to my home studio, for a semi-private class. We focus on integrating yoga into our hectic lifestyles, making time for community, breathing together, and furthering our yoga and meditation practices. Appropriate to any experience level, always adjusted to the needs and abilities of the students in the room. This can take place in a yoga room with mats or even at a desk or office cubicles!


Bhakti Vinyasa
A class integrating sacred intention, movement and breath. Prepare to be inspired in this uplifting spiritual class full of devotional mood and music. With special attention to bhakti philosophy and kirtan, call and response chanting.




Āsana breakdown
A workshop-style series in which we breakdown poses into their basic elements, providing more information and experience, exploring variations and use of props. Each class is focused on a series of asanas (e.g. standing, twists, forward folds etc.). Perfect for beginners or seasoned practitioners who want to go deeper into their practice, their teaching skills, and focus on alignment.

Chair with a Soul
A class modified for those who need modifications to practice. Chairs and other props will be provided, so that the entire practice is done with physical support, minimizing the pressure of full body weight and accommodating limited range of motion. Taught to a rhythm and soul filled playlist. Great for seniors and students with medical conditions or injuries.




Chakra'ing to the Oldies
A class sequenced according to the order of chakras, fine tuning and realigning your energetic body. Set to an uplifting and inspiring soundtrack of golden oldies that will having you singing as we unlock the energy flowing through the nāḍīs, or energetic channels of the body.




Power Hour
A challenging 60 minute express class in which we pay close attention to each counted breath and move through a strict vinyasa. With fewer pose instructions and alignment cues, the student is free to focus purely on uniting their movement and breath. Also ideal for students who want to cover all elements of a dynamic, rigorous yogic practice in a single hour-long class.

Fit Yoga
A class for dancers and athletes! Come stretch out those tired, tight muscles and bring a more grace and ease to your active lifestyle. Experience the effects of asana, breathwork and pranayama, bringing serenity and calm to students accustomed to physically demanding schedules and training.
